Is this a registration like a business license?
Why are some owners required to register and the larger ones are not? Second this is another reason to have to raise rents. Why is it necessary to continue the city of Raleigh moree control that is not necessary for all owners.
It is like a business license, but it really is just an excuse to raise taxes. Certain members of the council have wanted to place a tax on rent for several years. This is their entry into taxation and eventually complete control of all rental property.
