This is a horrible abuse by the City of Raleigh if it happens. This sort of threat to the property rights of NC residents is *exactly* why I'm running for Lieutenant Governor this year.
I intend to go to Raleigh and fight tooth and nail to defend property owners from government initiated aggression, including both Eminent Domain and Forced Annexation.
